We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you expected, we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing pieces or damage caused in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace the item or part at no cost to you.

- Send a photo of the item and packaging
- Include your name, contact number and order details

Returns (Change of Mind)
Because our products are made to order and packed with specific contents, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. But if you ordered the wrong item or quantity, chat to us – we’ll try help where we can.
Custom Orders & Bulk Orders
Custom-designed kits, wholesale packs and large school orders can’t be refunded unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please double check all quantities and themes before finalising your order.
